@type kind() :: :focus_pane | :select_tab | :goto_location | :activate_picker_choice
```
# `t`
```elixir
@type t() :: %MingaEditor.NativeIPC.NavigationCommand{
  activation_id: pos_integer() | nil,
  app_instance_id: String.t(),
  buffer_id: non_neg_integer() | nil,
  buffer_revision: non_neg_integer() | nil,
  choice_kind: choice_kind() | nil,
  column: non_neg_integer() | nil,
  core_instance_id: String.t(),
  kind: kind(),

  pane_id: pos_integer() | nil,
  picker_generation: pos_integer() | nil,
  tab_id: pos_integer() | nil,
  target_token: non_neg_integer()
}
```
# `parse`
```elixir
@spec parse(map()) :: {:ok, t()} | {:error, atom()}
```
Parses one supported wire command without creating atoms or accepting executable input.
